Rockhopper returning soon, and new pin cheat!

Cool new pin, wanna know how to find it, then follow this guide:
1.Go to the Town,
2.Go inside the NightClub,
3.Click on the Green puffle on top of the speaker.

Last, Rocckhopper Is coming Soon, Cool, I hope He brings a really cool NEW item, but It doesn't seem that long since the last time He Came, I can't wait to go in to his room!
