1. An exe file is an execulaable file that almost all installers are used for.
2. Hacking Club Penguin is not illegal unless you hack in to their operating HQ. By hacking coins, clothing etc.. you are not breaking any laws. Only Club Penguin's rules.
3. Not all programs come with viruses or trojans that harm your computer.
